What is the Allianz Sports Fund?
The All Together Sports Fund aims to benefits sports club who promote rugby or an Olympic or Paralympic sport.

The fund is to celebrate Allianz as the insurance partner for the Olympic and Paralympic Movements. Allianz is also the official insurance partner of England Rugby. The Allianz All Together Sports Fund aims to give back to the community, and help grassroots efforts in getting the nation involved in a wider range of sports.
How to apply for the Allianz Sports Fund
Applications for the All Together Sports Fund is now open.
The application window will close on Friday 10th April 2026.
Applications will only be accepted by clubs nominated by an Allianz partner broker.
At Club Insure we have access to the Allianz Sports Fund and are able to nominate grassroots sports venues for a grant. To have your venue be nominated, contact your Club Insure account handler.
Before enquiring – Please ensure your club fits the necessary requirements:
1. Takes part in either rugby or an Olympic or Paralympic sport.
2. Is registered with a sports national governing bodyor are a registered rugby club.
3. Has a bank account registered in the club’s name.
What can the Allianz Sport Fund be used towards?
Grants range from £500 to £3,000.
The sports fund is intended to support the clubs and organisations promoting grassroots rugby and Olympic sports. The grant will help clubs them meet their obligations, pay bills and set-up events or teams.
Allianz’s recommendations for how the funds are used is quite broad. The list they’ve provided includes:
- Facility hire i.e. block bookings
- Rent and lease payments
- Heat
- Light
- Utilities
- Water rates
- Grounds and facility maintenance
- Sport governing body membership fees
- Club league affiliation fee
The funding can also be used to support members – such as with travel fees, membership fees, and kit.
Organisations that are excluded from the funding include; local authorities, parish councils, schools, colleges, universities, leisure centres. And funding should not go toward employed staff within the club, or self-employed affiliates.
